You shouldn’t have to check five tools to know what’s on your plate. Your dashboard’s action center, the notification bell, the daily digest, and admin broadcasts all pull from the same pending-work feed — so the toolbox tells you what needs attention without hunting for it.

The first thing you see when you sign in — a prioritized list of every open item across the tools you use, color-coded by urgency (red = overdue, amber = due soon) and ordered with the most pressing item at the top. Click any row to jump straight to the work.

Notification Bell
Every alert from every tool lands in the bell at the top of the page — credit card transactions to classify, mileage reports to approve, rent recommendations from Remi, debt instruments approaching maturity, training courses assigned. Click an item to jump straight to where the work happens.

Daily Digest Email
Every weekday morning, your open action items are rolled up into a single email — most-urgent first, with one-click links straight back to the right page. If the bell shows nothing actionable, no email goes out.

Admin Broadcasts
Admins can send messages to everyone, to a specific tool’s users, or to hand-picked individuals — read in the bell, optionally delivered urgently by email. Useful for outage notices, policy updates, or new-feature announcements that the whole company needs to see.

Toolbox access is invite-only. An admin grants you the tools your role uses.
Open your toolbox
Land on your dashboard. The tools you need are added to your account automatically — and when your role changes or new tools are built, they show up there without you having to ask. Each tool's card carries an action-item count in the corner, so a glance at the dashboard tells you what's waiting.
Do the work
Log trips, classify charges, review reports, run exports — the per-card counts plus a prioritized status line surface the most-pressing items first (red = overdue, amber = due soon) and link straight into the next thing to handle. The bell and daily digest catch anything that slips.
Work gets cleaner
Shared data, approvals on record, exports ready for accounting. AI suggestions surface inside the workflow and are reviewed before anything is approved, exported, or sent — the work gets cleaner, faster, and more accountable.
